You missed one ( see bold ), and its quite an assumption that the Xb1 won't have any Indi games - you could equally counter your point by mentioning the small studio titles found on Xbox Arcade as being a perk for MS that Sony are still catching up quality wise.

Titanfall is PC aswell, so you aren't restricted to owning a Xbox ONE to play it. Xbox doesn't have any Indie developers anymore as they have to sign on with publishers in order to have their games launched which completely defeats the purpose of Indie when said publishers start bullying them and interfering.

Don't think Destiny is an exclusive either, my bad.

Xbox One confirmed for November, PS4 just says "holiday 2013" at the moment. I'll be amazed if it's not within a week of the Xbone though, neither company would want to give the other any significant time alone in the marketplace.
xbox one has been delayed until 'Late 2014' in Asia, and they haven't even mentioned Japan at all! Looks like they have had to focus on the US/europe due to the yield issues (Also the fact that nobody buys xboxs in Japan :p)

Grow up Latex, that's not needed. It's as bad as fools writing Micro$oft.

As impartial as we all try to be in here, there is no doubting that Microsoft are being greedy. They shouldn't try and stop second hand sales, because they were barely effecting the consoles to begin with and the DRM is just another thing put in place to stop piracy which is going to cause people who are legitimate customers absolutely nothing but grief with zero benefits. They should be like Valve with Steam, if you are going to f your customers up the a, you'd might as well have the courtesy to use lube and make it less painful.

One thing to note that I haven't seen on the last page is that with the use of Gaikai you will be able to play games from the ps3 library so basically you have backwards compatibility something not available on the xb1? Although ps+ is now needed also note that the instant games are pretty good (xcom is going up shortly), other apps are not behind the pay wall like xb1, Netflix etc.. And driveclub is going to be free from launch.

The DRM for 2nd hand games will not be making MS money, it will be the publishers who are getting the benefit. You can still buy 2nd hand games just the money wont be going to the shop you buy it from solely.

If you can buy a 2nd hand game and play it for the same price as you do today why would it bother you that the publisher is getting a bigger slice of that resale rather than the shop?
