And I bet the procedural planets/life are fairly rigid, so not incredibly diverse, but even so! Wow!

We're not going to see procedural planets/life in Elite until 2015? FOUR developers did that! Frontier have hundreds?

No, its not anywhere near the same game, although i do want it, saw it a few days ago. But its not the same type of game at all. It is prim arily an exploration game, not combat, not mi ning, factories, building an empire etc. they are two different generes.

And you will never see aspects of elite in that game, your comparing apples with oranges.
