My one and only on foot excursion was to take some time to setup key binds on my steam deck, other than that I've done nothing on foot. I was quite chuffed at how I got every foot control set up with the SD, with track pad menus etc, it is actually one of the things which appeals to me with the deck, as it is kind of like a puzzle mini game in itself setting up the best deck control setups in different games, and certainly more fun than doing any actual on foot gameplay in Elite. I may actually get round to trying it out, and going and finding a pre-engineered suit would probably kick start things, but it the mode just does not inspire me at all at the moment.
