(yes.. even Charisma)

I contemplated training Advanced Chrisma to IV, however when actually throwin it all in to a spreadsheet with all of the trade and marketing skills up to IV it was only worth training it up to III. I would be interested to know if there are more skills that you have come across that are benefit from having a high charisma?

I've got to get my character 40 jumps through 0.0 to a new base. I don't need to take any gear, I will be travelling alone. I wondered if you could advise on ship type, fitting and tactics to give the best chance of getting there?

Can someone add me to msn and let me ask a WHOLE load of questions sometime? I'm a total noob, and doing the trial atm. Loving it, but still feeling rather overwhelmed with everything!

my addy is: [email protected]

I take it you have implants then... otherwise you could clone jump?

An interceptor or covert ops with a couple of stabs and a nanofiber is probably the best idea. Even if you get caught in a warp bubble with an interceptor, you've got a good chance of getting outside and warping away.

Remember to get a set of instas, and maybe even scout one or two jumps ahead in an alt if you have one.

Yeah, leadership stuff. From my current skillqueue (always in flux a bit):

15 Leadership V from 3 to 5 6d 15h 53m 39s Thursday 8 Jun, 11:08:24
16 Squadron Command IV from 0 to 4 7d 10h 52m 22s Thursday 15 Jun, 22:00:46
17 Armored Warfare V from 2 to 5 13d 23h 25m 20s Thursday 29 Jun, 21:26:06
18 Armored Warfare Specialist I from 0 to 1 49m 24s Thursday 29 Jun, 22:15:30
19 Information Warfare V from 2 to 5 13d 23h 25m 20s Thursday 13 Jul, 21:40:50
20 Information Warfare Specialist I from 0 to 1 49m 24s Thursday 13 Jul, 22:30:14
21 Siege Warfare V from 3 to 5 13d 7h 47m 37s Thursday 27 Jul, 06:17:51
22 Siege Warfare Specialist I from 0 to 1 49m 24s Thursday 27 Jul, 07:07:15
23 Skirmish Warfare V from 3 to 5 13d 7h 47m 37s Wednesday 9 Aug, 14:54:52
24 Skirmish Warfare Specialist I from 0 to 1 49m 24s Wednesday 9 Aug, 15:44:16

I'd done the usual experimenting with ECM, and it works out quicker all told to have trained up advanced Charisma to lvl 4 and do them, than to have left it untrained and start tackling the leadership skills.

Yes, the majority of my time in EVE I spend buying minerals off the market, putting build jobs in factorys and placing the items I have made on the market again at a profit.

I still laugh my arse off at that time when in corp channel you went (lost the chat file by now):

Scetrov: I can't understand why people sell rifters below mineral price...
William Hartas: Where is this?
Scetrov: Sobaseki
William Hartas: Wow they are well cheap there I might buy a few.
Scetrov: Cheers....
William Hartas: ?
Scetrov: Check your wallet transactions ;).
William Hartas: LOL!

:D

What do people use to map out their skill plans? Do you all work it out by hand in Excel or is there something I could use that would automate the process a little?

there is a program called Eve character manager. It basically provides you with a program that lets you select your implants and detects your attributes and skills and then you simply load up a skill queu from the list of skills available :)

I'm training Drones Interfacing 5 on my main and mining barge 5 on my alt.
Muffin nice attributes..but you stick those +3s in and you wont want to pvp with him anymore?
