Mirrors the same thoughts, Kampmann is actually going to have to fight a fight though but I see him looking to grapple and win in those tight spaces, he will also hopefully mix it up and work on submissions and take downs and all areas, he will need to do this to win or catch alves coming in with counter striking.
 
Anyone got link to the prelims... I dunno why I google away and struggle to get the links, and then half the time the prelims dont show on facebook or are finished and its started already on espn lol
 
yeah I always find facebook prelims buggy... last weekend was half refreshing and playing it and nothing... then about 1am I figured lets ffw half way and then the fights started lol

Good weekend for MMA this, what with UFC and Strikeforce both putting on events; guess I had better make the most of it since the next UFC event after this isn't until April 14th :(

Battle of the hotties, that was simply hot..... they can clash heads anytime lol

Tate is the champ and the odds are silly shes a major underdog coming in... I mean there pretty much giving rousey the guaranteed win.

Anyhow that was a good FX card, Kampmann was loosing and was only less then a minute away from loosing imo, not sure why alves went for wrestling and that take down but props for Kampmann for reversing it and subbing him.

Hes a very well rounded guy and pulls submissions off well and well Alves gave it to him, still the fight was going Alves way indeed. The odds were right for Alves and were almost equal....

Yup Waiting till April is sure gonna suck... I hope this is not permanent from zuffa, am use to having a decent mma card every 2 weeks at least !

Dont really care for womens MMA so not interested in the main event, lots of exciting fights on the undercard though. Unfortunately I have no idea what channel it is on.
 
nah nadda... even got desperate to a point of googling streams and what not

just nothing, strikeforce the 2nd biggest MMA show and yet no bugger way of viewing it for England.

Shame too some nice fights, I mean we got top people fighting, Thomson vs noons and Paul daley and Sexy Rousey who likes to bend and breaks every girls arms, she is such a bad girl ! and we cant even view it lol

Was a nice batch of fights, had a feeling thomson would out wrestle him and take it hes skill levels just on another level compared to noons who clearly needs to work a lot more on his ground skills and wrestling before he can be a champ or no1 contender.

Was disappointed in paul daley for a deadly knockout artist and boxer/striker he got out pointed by jabs in the 1st minute or 2 and simply abandoned his only 2 skill sets, so no more punches and kicks which is his bread and butter instead he thought he was a wrestler for 15 minutes and did nothing much on the ground. This fight was tailor made for him to simply shine and move up for a potential title shot and he just did little to offer for 15 minutes. Guy needs to go back to other organisations and pick up 3-4 wins before fighting for strikeforce again surely.

Was impressed with Rousey, she has excellent transitions and the way she hops over and slides over to other angles and positions and how she works on arms and all to get a submission she really is on top of her game with jitz and take downs, shes also a lot more stronger and bigger looking compared to the other female fighters giving her that power advantage. She clearly needs to work on her boxing and strikes, but you know what shes so good at the arm bar subs that she could easily dominate for the next few years even. I think we just got a new sexy highly marketable Strikeforce totty champion :)
