**The Official Everything MMA Related Thread**

Bas may not have roided but he was suspended for fighting on pain killers before.

Lol at Barnett being involved with a talk about steroids being bad.

Haven't been in this thread for a while, difficult for me to express how disappointed I am that the Overeem-JDS fight appears to be off; every year there is one fight that I really get excited about, and that fight was it for me in 2012 :(

On the upside James Thompson announced on his facebook today that he will be facing Bobby Lashley in SFL 3 next month (he even "liked" my comment wishing him good luck :p ) so that has given me something to look forward to, War Colossus!

Reem/JDS might not be off now, Bas has said he has heard (tenuous much?) that Overeem has found a loophole/has a valid reason so the fight is still on!
Which will be cool.

am sure overeem/ufc and lots of lawyers are doing as much as they can to make the fight happen....

Dana confirming mir vs cain still happening makes it seem more real also

No unless h bombs a real back up option !

JDS is saying if the fight goes ahead it's unfair on him and the fans. I get his point really, he had the same random test as Overeem did and passed. So it's understandable that he would be unhappy if the fight went ahead with Overeem having failed and having a possible advantage in the fight.

If it goes ahead JDS is in a win-win situation, Overeem is in a lose-lose situation. It's a horrible thing.

JDS Wins, great - he beat a drug enhanced fighter.
JDS Loses, Reem failed a drug test, he had an unfair advantage.
Reem Wins, he failed a drug test, he had an unfair advantage.
Reem Loses, cheaters never prosper.

I hope they pay JDS well for taking this fight, he could easily pull out I'm guessing.

The problem, as I see it, from all this new use of TRT is that get the correct doctor and you've got a way to use it with less issues (not none as if it's way off the chart you'll still get punished), I'd bet there are more fighters using it than have currently "come out".
There are two way I see to regulate this: stop regulating TRT and let people use what they "need" or go like road racing and test the living daylights out of the athletes.
That sport only has lots of failed tests due to the volume of testing compared to fighters or rugby players etc.

I honestly think TRT is coming in as a new way to "cheat" or gain an advantage. Your testosterone levels only drop by around 1% per year after your 30/35 so you don't really need to go on TRT at all but it seems many fighters are doing it now.

Just bought!

A nice mouse and nice mat have really slick movement, the material is so smooth, and not every surface is optical friendly.

Depends what you do, gaming or just general use.
