Clowned him in the fight - really? I'm sure that first round was exactly how he wanted it to go, spending all 5 minutes of it on his back.
I can understand being a fan of the guy, and I can understand not being a fan of Chael but at least try and call things down the middle?
Although Sonnen got him down Silva did tie him up pretty well. Glad we didn't have 4 more rounds of that.
Was the comment about the BBQ not a joke about Sonnen saying he was going to Silva's house, slapping his miss on the behind and telling her to cook him a steak just the way he likes it?
O and on the whole the card was AWFUL from what I have seen. I haven't seen any prelims yet but the rest of it was terrible.

Let me guess, Silva didn't really win that fight either? 
He was on his back but wasn't really being dominated. First real chance he had and he beat him down, that's pretty convincing in my eyes.
I still think he should be fined heavily for the cheap shot at the weigh-in.

I think he should be fined for attempting to get away with taking vaseline off of his face and rubbing it all over his torso just before the beginning of the first round!

Where did I dispute that Chael didn't hold Silva down in the first round? You obviously have something against Silva if you can't see what went down.
Second round, Silva steps back hands down, Chael steps straight forward with a 1,2 but Silva gets him with a cobra punch. That was funny
Second round, Silva's left hand on Chael's neck manoeuvring him about as he lands the right. That was funny.
Second round, Chael tries to throw a spinning back fist, Silva slips it and over head shot appears to show him deliberately tripping Chael before landing knee to the chest. Again, funny.
He clowned him in the fight and then again in the interview after. Grow up and stop being butt hurt.

The greasing attempt was blatant. Even though the ref saw it and wiped him off before the fight started I think Silva should get some kind of punishment for that as it was an attempt to cheat.
I still think Silva is pretty overrated, but I'll admit that was some Hollywood **** he pulled off on Sonnen, in usual Silva fashion eh.
I don't know why people didn't like the first round? That's the best thing about Chael, even when he's being tied up he's still reigning down bombs and brutal looking GnP. Anyone who doesn't appreciate the kind of stuff Sonnen does on the ground, let alone safer grappling like Shields does, really should go watch kickboxing or something, the ground game is the best part of MMA.

He just beat someone who you claim to be one of the best fighters out there.
The same fighter who couldn't finish him last time.
Yet you still think Silva is "pretty overrated".

I don't follow hype like a sheep and I form my own opinions, but if that means being branded as such then I'm glad to be.
