Great, poxy ESPN, I always enjoy watching 90% of every episode.

Back to other methods of watching this I do believe.

Think it's just moved. It's 4am Wednesday or Thursday morning, think it's Wednesday but just check as I was having problems with the TV listings page.

Edit: Just imported the event from the ESPN website and it's showing Thursday 20th @ 4am.

The TUF tonight that was mentioned? It is the start of The Smashes :D We get Carwin vs Nelson on Monday nights and England vs. Australia on Wednesday nights. Oh and 152 on Sunday. Struve vs Miocic the next week and Brown vs Bigfoot the week after.

Frank Mir is out of the Cormier fight apparently. At least he gave them a month and halfs notice.

It's getting to the point where they might as well not announce their cards until 3 days before the event, because the planned main event always seems to fall through.

On the upside, I heard that Werdum has offered to stand in for Mir; I like this match up very much, shame that it probably won't happen because they are keeping Werdum on the sidelines for if/when either JDS or Cain Velasquez inevitable pulls out of their title fight 5 days before the event...

I think there should be some penalty for not informing in a sensible time, so Dan Henderson waiting a couple weeks is wrong, but for the actual injury itself then no.

If this is the case then yes, I can see an argument for a fine.

Fighters can get injured a week before a fight, it's not really their fault, it's all part of training. If this happens they should not be fined (imo).

Looking forward to the fights this weekend. Really hoping the Vitor of old shows up for one night and runs through Jones with punches...not going to happen tho :(

I think Bisping will beat Stann as well, UD unless Stann get's that one good clean punch. Bisping does not have the best of chins at times.

You say he doesn't have the best of chins. He has only been stopped once and the punch that stopped him would have put down an elephant tbh. The Wanderlei and Chael fights could have gone his way as well. His record is pretty damn good.

I would start fining fighters. Amount depends on how close to the fight they are.

So you'd have an mid-card fighter who not only forfeits his purse by pulling out of the fight, but gets a fine on top of that. You'd end up with people in the lower tiers of the organisation forced to try to conceal their injuries, and fight hurt, just so they can feed their families. Thats not sensible man. Injuries happen, it sucks but it is just one of those things.

To fine a fighter for an injury is the most stupid idea I have heard. As Bisping said in the press conference as there are a lot more cards these days there are a lot more fighters. Due to this people getting injuries looks worse than it is, there have always been people getting hurt in training but never been this many fighters.

almost been a month and the waits almost over !

I hope werdum gets the shot against cormier......

yup bisping and stann will be an awesome fight indeed, and the little guys will also put up a good show :)

Jones vs Belfort seems a rather pointless fight to me. It's always fun to see Jones fighting though but there's zero competition here.

Good showing from bisping again.

That armbar was Soooooooooooooo close to snapping Jones arm. Fair play to him for fighting though it
