Am sure Hendo would have got up quickly after that kick....

Check out Danas vlog for this fight night and it shows Hendos foot (what looks like involuntarily) shaking on the cage - I think he was out clean for a few seconds.

Decent weekend for MMA though, Rampage vs Beltran tonight and then UFC 167 tomorrow night, which is a pretty stacked card. :D

Don't get me wrong, I'm under no illusions that GSP will probably dictate the action, take Hendrick's down and that will be pretty much that - but it doesn't make for an entertaining fight IMO!

I remember GSP against Hughes, Sherk and Penn before he got KO'd by Serra and he was far more entertaining!

Can't fault him for fighting the smart fight but as a spectator I'd rather see a bit more action! :D

I hear what you're saying! Before that Serra KO he was dominating people with awesome stand up, subs etc. At least he's active when he takes someone down though I suppose, constantly doing damage, advancing his position etc.

heard joey was dictating the pace and action for round 1 till the rampage came back :)

Either way people will pay to see Rampage but put some real competition and champ/no1 contender material in front of him ie not king mo then watch ole rampage come back.

Rampage should go on TRT and Vitor it so should shogun for that matter lol

Tonight should be good but when the main card starts at 3am one has to wonder wtf timing wise.

Usually ufc events are drawing to an end around 3-4am, but this ones starting at 3am lol

Anyhow for such a major card its worth sacrificing sleep for one day!

just watched rory mcdonald fight.. heover thinks his fights, i've never been impressed with his style, the kid has no killer instinct and would have no chance against gsp.

well by gsp just announcing hes stepping away from mma for a while pretty much tells me unless hendricks pulled his arm off or ko'd gsp.. he was never gona win it was a land side decision to be honest i only had gsp winning 1 maybe 2 rounds..

Agree with Dana, hendricks got robbed.

He offered no damage or power towards hendricks, I give hendricks 1,2,4 and GSP was left bloodied and smashed to pieces and straight to hospital... hendricks unmarked.

hendricks almost finished gsp few times and won the fight, judges need to be sacked.

It reminded me of Gus being robbed against bones. You can't give a fighter that landed few shots and perhaps won 1-2 rounds against a guy that destroyed you and almost finished you lol

Otherwise epic fights, lovely to see kosh go out.... and robbie win and rory go down several pegs, his head needed serious deflating.

Want to see Rory fight condit and want Jake ellenburger to make a come back...

Good prelims and a great main card.

Feel bad for Hendricks, he wins and the judges handed it to GSP and then GSP looks to be taking away his chance for a rematch to really win the title from the champ.

Whatever is going on with GSP I hope it isn't anything bad - he's a good guy and a class act.

To be honest, for the past couple of fights you can kinda see it in GSPs eyes that he's not up for it anymore. He doesn't seem to be enjoying himself like he used too, I think that could be the last time we see him. If his heart isn't in it anymore, then he should hang them up.

I don't think it was the robbery that people are making it out to be, personally I gave GSP 1,3 and 5. Hendricks did win 2 and 4 more convincingly than GSP did 1,3 and 5, but that's the way the scoring works.

For a truly awful judging decision, check out the clown who gave McDonald 2 out of 3 rounds, what fight was that guy watching?

Am in agreement with GSP having rounds 1,3 & 5. Hendricks had the other two, and came closer to finishing the fight but he just didn't put the volume of strikes in to win a five round fight for me.

GSP has been doing a lot of retirement talk recently and I can't blame him, he's not quite been the same since returning from his knee injury. For once why can't we see a UFC champion go out on top? He owes the fans & UFC nothing, Dana just doesn't want to lose his last big PPV seller.

Really good event in all.

I'd agree with that. GSP took a beating but I think he also took those three rounds, and that's good enough for the decision.

I think Hendricks won the 1st, 2nd and 4th. Did you see how much damage he was dishing out in the first with his elbow to GSP's head?!

Again though, to be the champ you have to beat the champ convincingly. It wasn't convincing but I still think Hendricks should've had it.

Also - Cowboy did well, really liked his fight.
