Had the pleasure of meeting Rashad Evans last week nice bloke. Was doing the rounds at Birmingham Children's hospital of all places - good to see MMA is not seen as a bad thing and such visits are deemed "acceptable" now.

Such an odd thing to have the clay vs bendo fight on facebooks considering its a very top fight ! I feel bendos on a tear right now and has good cardio/wrestling and vicious subs and ground and pound hes just excellent in all areas. Clays got that X factor sometimes though

Cain vs jds, again whoever comes in overall better with cardio/wrestling and alround mma game takes it, jds still has a lot of question marks... both guys do but JDS more we can only assume JDS in how he performs with legs, knees strikes and wrestling and off his back and when someone really powerful and fast takes you down. Guess this Saturday we find out !

I like Rashad, not really sure where the hate comes from TBH.

I think mostly becasue it has become "cool" to hate him. I'm a big fan of his personality, seems like a genuinely nice guy when he's relaxed. He did a Q&A answer session at Earls Court at the Fan Expo before UFC 120 and he was a really cool guy, comes across as quite intelligent too.

Im so pumped after watching that! lol. Its going to be an awesome fight, neither of them are lay and pray (LIKE Rashad Evans *cat meet pidgeons*). Thats why I dont like him, but lets not derail the thread.

For me, Cain to win by decision.
