Accepted you guys leaving because im not a good manager and that the beginners are ruining the game for u and keeping it on the low key(no mention of you leaving the club 2 weeks ago)?

Yet when Doom left in a similar manner, there was no issue? Why is that i wonder?

You don't need to leave the league. You are free to take part. If i did something wrong in terms of the way in which the "league" is setup then feel free to shoot the reasons so i can improve. if not i personally don't see why you would wish to leave.
 
I kinda saw this coming and got out early and made my own club before the doodoo hit the fan. Seems ashame people are falling out over it though. When i left i voiced my concerns with the club and didnt really fall out with any one.

In the long run it will be better i think to have a more serious club and a more casual one. It would have been near impossible to build a successful club with the mix of the 2.

I played Vitae FC some nights ago my club is sad pandas fc think it finshed 3-3 if i remeber right pandas was up 2-1 and in control and out of no where u scored 2 quick goals. Then we scored a last second equalizer was a good game and a nice to play against another any team .

It'll take a good week to get that blunder out the system, and I have already disciplined myself.

We were all making really daft mistakes that game :D I got clean through on a one on one, hadn't even reached the box when god knows what happened but i'm pretty sure i got a lag spike...next thing i know i was taking a shot from miles out and the balls off in to the car park. :( :p

Doom u handled it in the right manner. never had issues with u mate. U was sound with your concerns and your reasons. none issue and as u said, no fall out with me or anyone.

IMO i reckon it could have worked out. i think some forgot how many have never played this game. i wanted the newcomers to this game mode to gel and get use to the game mode and how you are suppose to play it before enforcing more strict rules. i already began implementing some strict rules like forcing everyone to join mumble whether they had a mic or not just to listen to me and other guys talking. This game is just barely a month old and felt that had we stuck on together till this day, i reckon we could have improved a lot. Anyways im happy to play against your club if u want. Cant see u on my Origin friends list though? maybe you change dyour ID or something but if u want a match, we can arrange a day and time to do so.

To be honest, i didn't even notice pressing shoot lol i might have pressed B to tackle the guy next to me but then i ran a few steps and the ball just went WOOSH :p

Miss of the season definitely still has to go to my open goal "all it needed was a side foot" miss, that was catastrophic :( :p (not sure who was playing in that game)
 
I think with battlefield 3 now out we need to arrange some times to get a few people on for clubs in advance...else i'll never end up playing lol, going to be hooked on bf3 for a while i think, though i'd still like to play clubs when a few people are around (it's a bit hard with only 2 people as me and jon found out the other day)
 
I have a sqaud of about 7-8 with 4 -5 regular players. I am looking for a few defensive minded players to complete the squad also got a top keeper joining in a week or so.

We about 1000 points clear in divsion one and about 7th in the world. Not bad consdering a lot of the other teams are using hacked or downloaded pros.

Been pretty dissapointed with the standerd of players on pc though not easy to find good ones.

Had to remove a lot of you guys from my list though cause of orgin issues was closing my game when i was getting messages and stuff.
 
I was up on Tuesday, but none of you was there. I may be up for the clubs tonight at about 9 PM GMT. Should be home by then. Anyone who's interested can join me for a couple of games.

Hard to find regulars especially when new games are coming out left rigth and centre. that is why i tried to build a large team. Anyways why not arrange a friendly with your club vs us? Cant do IT if u dont add me on origin LOL

No one is ever on when I check too lol. I might come online today then at 9pm if there are a few club players around.
 
Same here, although i've not fully recovered from the throw-in blunder from the last game. Who knows what other gaffes i'll get up to. :rolleyes:

How about a few practice games first to concentrate on our possession play.

I think we play to direct, and personally I find it hard to position myself, especially when we have the ball as we give it away too cheaply.

If we can retain possession better and pass the ball around, it would be a start of improvement.
 
Practicing would be good, one thing I've noticed when playing teamplay is when there are a lot of human players its much more disorganised cos everyone goes out of position and start chasing the ball, probably subconsciously at times, so would be good to practice that and also pass when a player has space around him, I played a random team game with some random player the other day and he was brilliant to play alongside as he always passed to me when I was in space and then quickly moved into space himself and vice versa and we walked passed the oppositions defence most of the time without getting closed down too quickly, but then that was with fabregas and barca and not my VP :p Would be awesome if we could start playing like that, so much more fun then just direct attacks and then losing the ball or some individual trying to dribble past the oppositions defence on his own without passing.

Anyway I will probably come a bit earlier on at 8pm, need to get a league game done too.
 
Au contraire, I think we played quite well last time. Especially in the 5-1 win. Liked it when Jambo-ista and I played in central midfield together. We gave quite a tough time to our opponents in both games. MrBios and Jon looked good in attack. The only thing we lacked was quality defending, cause cpu is crap, it's anticipation is awful. We've always had to do defender's job for them, cause they leave too many obvious gaps for human players to exploit.

What we need to do is try playing like Barca. I'm not talking about passing, I'm talking about early-pressing. It means whenever we loose the ball, start pressing opposition immediately. As defence-line plays a huge role in it too, we need a couple of quality centre backs, as I've mentioned. Anyways, I'm out, see you all later tonight.
