Does everyone's Nexus get very warm near the top on the back of the phone? Seems to get warm ish with web browsing and very warm when watching video. Watched 20 mins and it was starting to feel unusually warm, is this normal?
 
Mobo wants me to download two separate files and the link for the codec doesn't seem to work :s

Ended up using MX player. Works great, but doesn't hide the 3 main keys.
 
Anyone getting calendar sync problems? My phone will see the calendars, but won't populate them.....strange thing is, an hour ago, it used to...

And every boot of the phone I get 'android is updating'...

Where are the settings for such things as 3rd party controllers and hiding apps from the app draw? Im sure these were mentioned as included in ICS but for the life of me cant find them! :confused:
 
Had my Nexus two weeks now, really happy with the battery life.

30% brightness, 10 texts, few phone calls, light browsing, OTA update and some bluetooth use with Torque. So minimum usage really, massively better than the Desire I have which barely manages a day.

Reckon I should try to get more than 2 days out of it? :p
 
Ha.. speaking of AVIs, etc..

One of the first things I did was download the first hd (720p) trailer I could find. Played brilliantly.

Since then I have installed the Dice Player Demo, MX player, QQ player etc (to try them out), removed a couple of them... and now the original trailer doesn't even play in the default media player.

Now I gotta used to Android a little, think I'll do a factory reset, root (cos it'll probably be handy one day), and start all over again...
 
I'm noticing crackling or light popping when listening to my podcasts today. Has anyone else noticed this? Maybe mine is faulty :(
 
My update has just come through but im stuck at the green android with the red triangle, its been like that for about 20 mins :(, i dont know what to do now ?
 
Im cross posting on XDA but to cut a long story short i pulled the battery and im back up and running but without the update.
Ill wait and see if it comes through again.
