Except it's android, so you have a choice of devices and still be in the ecosystem with all the same apps, assistants etc

Good point Although I would add the variation comes in the design ( from different manufacturers ) and some users would appreciate the same design language throughout their hardware.

I've had 99% of the Samsung flagships for the last 8/9 years and TW has come a long way, it's at a point now where from the S8 I never experienced any slowdowns or lag. Now on the Note 9 and it's been flawless so far.

Might have to have a longer play with an S8 or S9 - thing is, I have had stock Android devices for so long, any 'lag' really shows to me.

Decent price. I was going to guess it'll be around 150ish.
Did anyone notice there were no photos/videos of anyone using it without a power lead connected? Does it have a battery?? That would be extremely inconvenient for moving it from room to room.
