Still impressed by the device, does everything I require and does it well.

Am more than happy with my device. I would like reviews to maybe give the U12+ another try with fixes see if there view changes. Early reports on twitter are looking good, I not had a change to fully try the new update yet.

Too be honest , mine was fine before this update and was on firmware
OS-1.15.401.4. So hopefully this recent one will only improve on that.

All sounds promising. Let's hope HTC support it better than the U11... Mines still on Nov 2017 security update...!!

Battery is even better on latest update. I would get even more if it wasn't for me being in work and getting a weak mobile signal 47% from this. 1 Day and 19 hours 30min on a full charge with just under 5 hours screen on time, usage from games, youtube, Facebook chrome, phone calls so a high usage also. I am very happy with this phone battery.

I'm out of contract on my HTC 10 so due an upgrade, I like HTC and I really want to like the u12+, but I'm just not feeling it. Is it actually worth it over the s9+ since they're about the same price?

Picked up a dual sim one new from Germany, just over £400 and it's back as my daily driver. It just ticks all the boxes, the camera and the audio of particular note .

My only grip is screen brightness, on a really sunny day I can't tell if the screen it's on or not lol
