Well, no - since my point was that the perception of UKIP is already that they are a bunch of racists, the outing of racist candidates just reinforces the belief (call it a bias, if you like). There's no such widely held preconception of the Labour party being an organisation of nonces, so it's easier for people to discount the outing of Labour party kiddie fiddlers as being exceptions.

Went out and voted somewhat tactically - would say I'm pretty much centre-right, but the Labour MP here has been very good, and his main opponent, the SNP candidate is vile. He created a twitter profile with the name Paco McSheepie to troll No voters by calling them Quislings and saying elderly people can barely remember their own names (thus are not well-suited to rationally deciding whether to vote Yes or No).

Interesting to see a lot of people's voting intentions on this forum was UKIP - almost as much as Labour, but now the statistic is drastically different, seems a lot of people have bottled it.

Conversely, people don't seem to bottle their wishes to vote SNP - a real shame, though I still think Labour will win 20+ seats in Scotland.

Isn't that why the polls are open till 10pm

A poll at my university (University of Edinburgh) showed over 90% of those eligible to vote planned on doing so! We're all political here, it would seem

I really can't decide, my constituency (Arfon) has had Plaid Cymru in charge since the 70s and it's a crap hole.
The only competition is Labour which I would happily vote for as a protest, but I keep thinking somehow Lab winning this one seat is that extra push needed to get Ed in power....I really don't want that.

Might just vote for policies via the Cons PPC that works in Wilkos!!
