Anyone rang TNT to see what's going on?

Just spoke to them. Apparently they have been emailed by Apple to say they will not be dispatching until tomorrow

Hence TNT people will get it Monday earliest

My SYNCREON now says it delivered to the terminal in Birmingham (still long way from me).

UKMail says it's been collected and will deliver tomorrow, so I should get it tomorrow.

All my Apple product have come from UPS, why is this UKMail?

My TNT tracking doesn't work either. No matter. It'll be here tomorrow I'm sure.
Apple have never failed to deliver on or before launch day for any item I've ever pre-ordered.

all week it has said "SHIPPED - delivery for the 16th".

Tracking number recycling. Most of the tracking numbers you see are 'fake' until Apple receives the real tracking humber for whichever service will be doing the garden path stage.

I'm just thinking of next day delivery.. They can get collected at like 9pm and still arrive next day, so not worrying about TNT tracking saying nothin.

If its midnight and it's blank, it will be a bit weird though.

I hope your right. I have a similar experience of all the 10+ deliveries of Apple products, none have been after promised delivery date and mostly a day before.

Having said that this is the first product post SJ era

Thanks to whoever said to use the number beginning with 8 in the UKMail tracking page. Works fine, and gives a realistic/proper tracking page.

And me My order ref numbers don't look compatible with UPS ones even though Apple are telling me UPS are delivering it...

Scratch that..... my shipment status has just updated the UPS tracking number which now works. Yey
