Just spoke to a nice lady at TNT- I questioned the 'exception' status on the tracking page. She said they'd not yet received the shipment from Apple and they would be coming in overnight. We'll see what the tracking shows in the morning!
All this spurious tracking information is sending people mad and no doubt putting extra strain on the courier's customer services. Just relax and wait until the morning, if Apple said they will have it to you by the 16th I'm sure they'll do their best.

The A5X looks quite big compared to the A5 (150mm^2+?) So it's probably still manufactured on the 45nm process. Maybe we'll see a 28/32nm version in the next iPhone?

I got an email saying mine was delayed to the 21st. This morning I got a despatch email saying it would be the 20th.

Agreed, i may sleep fully clothed tonight just in case... in a sleeping bag, by the front door....
would account for the super stealth cards though - you know the ones that are invisible
