I don’t even make use of half the features on my 13PM - the only reason I have it is because I wanted the larger Pro Motion display.
 
Well, its been a month or so now and I must say, I have noticed no difference over the previous models.

USB for storage has been semi useful, having a single charge solution has also been useful.

Outside of the above, I'm happy that its a little lighter, I'm not happy about the lack of Leather and the replacement fine woven stuff that isn't aging very well after just 4 weeks of use.

The Apple even was an eye opener to what it can be used for when it comes to Video and photography although I would guess that you could "technically" get the same or rather similar out of the previous models if they had the right internal storage.

A worthy 12 and below upgrade, 13 is debatable and 14 is pointless. For me it was a combination of "meh" and "no".


But shiny!!! So who cares.

How are you finding the bottom lip on the case affecting swiping up on the phone from the bottom?
 
Does anyone have any recommendations for a desk stand which has a gap for a Magsafe puck? I would like to buy a MagSafe charger puck, a power supply plug which is easy. Finding a stand seems to be a minefield on Amazon.

The Anker or Ugreen cube things look good but £150 is excessive.

So I actually ended up returning this case because I prefered the caudabe over this, I didn't have any issues with the bottom lip of the case and swiping off however.
 
I just picked up the iPhone 15 pro purely as a storage upgrade - I need 256GB to capture 4k30 pro res.

I was using a pro max and I feel as though I’ve made a mistake switching to the smaller phone.


It’s not small enough to really make a difference to one handed use, and the new pro max is much lighter and easier to hold than the old one.


Did it through Barclays so I’m guessing if I want to change it, I’d need to re apply for credit?
 
On the plus side, I’ve not experienced a single bug I’ve had on my 14PM.


When I switched to my 14PM from 12PM I had a number of issues, mostly related to bringing an app from RAM into use. Some apps would have to reload or exhibit bugs.


YouTube, for example, would sometimes switch the orientation of the video upside down.


I’d never had these issues on the 12, and had them from day one on the 14.


I tried a reset recently and set up from new, and the issues persisted. Apple support said it must be the apps.


The 15 Pro doesn’t exhibit ANY of these issues, so will get onto Apple Support and see what they say.
 
Spoke to Apple and they’ve said that “different phones handle ram differently, and it doesn’t sound like a problem”. They also said that orientation lock remembers the last orientation of the phone so it’s normal behaviour.


Have booked into an Apple Store as I don’t think the guy understood what I was saying.

I'm looking at the same things at the moment, not sure whether to get the standard apple magsafe charger and then a holder for that from etsy or something like the Anker 2 in 1 stand.
 
I went for the Belkin one when it was on sale at Costco for about £90.

It's really decent, as I can charge my watch (or could...), work phone and personal phone at the same time.
