Has anyone else noticed ghosting on their N4's screen? I only got it yesterday but this is the first thing I noticed in comparison to my S2. It seems low a low refresh rate or response time PC monitor. It's definitely quite noticeable when swiping between home screens with the clock widgets up.
Just me?
Not heard that from anyone else yet, and I have read pretty much everything I can non stop for two days!
I'm sure you have tried, but just in case full charge and reboot, clear any running tasks and check that doesn't make a difference?
Off this topic:
Anyone receive their phone while the order was still at pending on google wallet?
I haven't even installed any apps yetThe phone is running perfectly smooth it's just the screen, could be faulty? Or maybe I'm being overly picky.
Actually might be an issue:
"One area where the phone is severely limited however, is in the performance of the 720p IPS display. When scrolling between homescreens, a noticeable ghosting appears on widgets as you swipe left to right. It’s unclear whether this is simply a software problem, or due to the limitations of the display’s refresh rate. Either way, it is absolutely ghastly to look at, and once you notice it, there’s no going back. This is unfortunate too, because with the introduction of Project Butter in Android 4.1, these types of performance issues were supposed to become much less apparent."

But I have not seen anyone else mention it...
*Edit*:
Please note the rest of the review is really positive and raves about the quality of the screen, just an issue they found with ghosting was a negative - in before I get flamed![]()
Ah hmm, yes that matches what I'm experiencing. But really, it's only a minor issue, I wanted to make sure it's not only me though. I think I can live with it
Can anyone else confirm they can notice the ghosting?

Looks like others hadn't noticed it, but they might now you've pointed it out. How mean!![]()
Why root and unlock bootloader anyway? Isn't that missing the point of a nexus?
This is pathetic. LG want to do a full inspection on the phone in order to rule out physical or liquid damage. Well, it's pretty obvious what's going to happen when they see the screen. I'm fuming! In addition, they need 7-10 days with it before making a choice.
Shops have a duty, under the Sale of Goods Act, to make sure that the product is:
- as described
- of satisfactory quality, and
- fit for purpose – this means both their everyday purpose, and also any specific purpose that you agreed with the seller (for example, if you specifically asked for a printer that would be compatible with your computer).
