This isn't good...

this is my 3rd restart since I've updated my MacBook Core Duo 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD 5,400rpm. First time was compulsory for the update. The next time I restarted, it took 15seconds before it went into the grey screen before booting up (usually no more than 3). It happened again just now after a routine reboot.

Does it take that long or have I got the some bug from the update?

I think that's happened to a few people. It's something to do with the update. Did it for my first couple of reboots too, but it's fine now. It'll sort itself out.

just gone back to 10.5 just to sort the wireless probs out with macbook

Im doing the same right now, I can not connect to the internet at all with 10.5.2. Going to manually install 10.5.1 and leave it like that till they fix the wireless issues with the next update or they release a fix.

Come on Apple it cant be that hard to sort the wireless out!

yeah I cant believe their wont even acknowledge the issue especially as if by magic I bootcamp into vista the wireless is rock solid, so its not hardware it must be 10.5.2 ive had it since 10.5.1 and im sick apple you are this close to losing a customer for life
