Did he really say 10-20% more battery life than any other surface?
Does that include the RTs at around 9-10hrs

It could well be, it is wider so possibly a bigger battery.

But his presentations have always been very unclear about battery life.

I doubt he meant RT, because that'd put it at like 12 hours which is insane.

And you'll struggle to run many at native resolution, it'll be like gaming on the Surface Pro 2 now (Unless it's an Iris Pro), assuming it's just a normal i7 Haswell.

I've gamed on a Haswell HD4600 at 1366x768 on Batman Origins and it was flawless at decent frame rates tbh.

I was sold on the Pro 3 until they showed us the guy plugging it into the dock, how long has it been now and we still dont have the bloody dock here in the UK.....

Looking at how he has it now on his lap with the new keyboard theres going to be a nothe rdocking station as the sides are different, so thats new interface down the sides :/

Microsoft doesn't have the appeal, so comparing it to the Macbook Air and saying "It's not bad" just doesn't work, that's been proven time and time again.

True, but the current MBA is poor value compared to this at the same price.

(crap screen, no touch etc)

Plus MBA is useless to lots of companies.
