Hi, here's a strange thing, the 920 on EE 1Gb 12 month contract was £50 for the handset, the site is now showing £199. I had an order with them for £50 which got mysteriously cancelled, when I rang up and asked them to order it again (yesterday) the sales guy told me it was £50 and not the £199 they say on their website. Hmm.

Yeah someone else had that problem, its just EE shafting you by jacking up the prices. ALL HAIL EE!

Did he imply it was because you'd initially ordered at that price? Or the website is wrong?
 
If it's something to do with EEs software requirements then it is truly ridiculous considering they have had months to plan this.

Did Nokia truly believe exclusivity would net them the best deal? :p

Well its EE that's missing out, by the time they are ready to sell the phone the exclusivity deal will be pretty much over. Then the proper networks can step in and get it sorted.
 
just been told in ee store that the phone is released today but they don't have stock in at the moment and that it was delayed to fix software bugs.
