Apologies if this has been asked many times before guys but how does the Lumia 900 stack up to the 920? and if you had a choice between the 900 and Nexus4, what would you go for?

I personally wouldn't even bother with a 900. If you're after a lower price point the 720 should be worth a look.

Happened to me once, fully drained till phone died, turn it on till it run for another bit more (if possible), then once it's dead again, fully charge it. Solved it for me.

I can no longer access and adjust the volume/vibrate setting on my phone by pressing the volume rocker. I now have to wake it up by pressing the power button first. Rather annoying. Is it just me?

That's how mine has always worked....

The only time it doesn't is when music is playing but then it only changed the volume, not wake the phone.

I've always been able to press the volume buttons and switch to vibrate only, without having to press the power button first. Now I do.

there is an update apperently on the 920. I am on EE (but simfree/unlocked phone). we had a big update about a couple of months ago?.. i wonder what this new update is all about...

there already is a problem. I am connected to wifi and says that I need to connect to Wifi to download the update. LOL ?

well ive only just got it yesterday.
the vibration bug is fixed. it doesnt give me a fright anymore!
predictive text messaging has some bugs fixed - one if which is if you are saying the shortened version of I am (I'm), it would spell it as IM instead of I'm. That's fixed.

For the first few days of 1308, the battery life was worse than the previous firmware by a good few hours, now it's at 61% after 15 hours, which'll be waaay over 24 hours, with it now much better than the previous FW. Guess it just needed a few days to calibrate the battery. :)

I've also found this. Battery life was awful for a few day yet now it's lasting forever. 10 hours of mid to heavy usage and it's only at 89%. Highly impressed.

So yes...while the Vibration was fixed in the latest update my Vibration alert has now ceased to exist :( Still get the Vibration in terms of tactile feedback however no vibration on recieving calls or texts now...going to give it factory reset later to see if I can correct it. (Checked all settings of course).
