Also, I would say IE10 for WP needs to be redone as well, to many button presses happening to do some simple things.

Also why oh why they didnt include the "back" and "forward" swipe options thats on W8 if using a touchpanel.

They really need to rethink how tabs are handled, having to bring up the IE menu then hitting to enter tabs is a very fussy way of doing things, or jsut have a drop down tab menu again like we have on touch IE10 on W8, also no syncing as far as I can tell of my Favs from desktop to it either.

OMG whats happening to my phone??
on Sunday my phone was fully charged. didnt make many calls or texts messages. some data but not a lot. battery drained in around 10 hours.

Then last night, I put the phone on charge and it was fully charged around 1:30am.
This morning I woke up (9am) to find my phone was completely flat dead! It's on charge now.

whats consuming that battery?

My phones done that twice, just dumps the whole battery in a couple of hours for no apparent reason. I read somewhere it's to do with the email getting stuck in an infinite loop. It's so rare, I'm not overly concerned.

Some nice suggestions in there. But it kind of devalues the suggestions when nearly all are replied robot style with the same standard message:

Thanks for your "insert short title here" suggestion. Always great to see such great feedback and excitement about this feature. While we can’t promise to ship every suggestion that gets submitted, we will be sure that our product development team receives your feedback. Keep those votes and suggestions coming!

Bad form MS.

Snap ;)

I found the biggest drain for me was often email. It sometimes got stuck in some sort of infinite loop polling for new messages.

hasn't happened in a long while now though so I assumed it was fixed in a recent update.

why have they dropped wireless charging on the new lumia 925, has it failed as an extra? Personally I think it is great

The Lumia 925 has an optional case that provides wireless charging, they had to remove it from the phone to address the 2 of the biggest whinges about the 920: thickness and weight.

edit: This interview gives some decent description of the design decisions and why they were made:

Complete waste of everyone's time, why even bother?

Because this address many moans about the size and thickness. It gets people umm and ahh about something thinner for their pocket - and also people who don't fancy wireless charging.

It's a mid season refresh; much like when the Lumia 900 was out and people going it's just a bigger screened Lumia 800. In this case, it's just a skinny Lumia 920, which I'm still loving!

so the battery almost did the same thing again with me today in terms of it being drained.
The email thing - im not convinced because ive always checked email on 3 different accounts (1 x pop and 2x exchange) and never had such a problem since I got the phone in Dec 2012 until now.

is there a way to find out if the battery is developing a fault? I wish there was a way to replace the battery rather than send the whole phone back (if it comes to that!) - its why I hate such a design... but I went for it because you know... its an awesome device and OS :)
everyone was like "oh no, all that has changed... lasts much longer and you wont have battery issues"... and i was not convinced then... nor am I now :)

My battery can get about 2 days, but their IS something or one of my apps that kills it in a day, I found off on resets whatever it is.

iPlayer installed. I agree with the above I just need Sky Go and Barclay's and that's it for me.

Same here, SkyGo and First Direct and I have everything I ever used or needed on Android/iOS.
