Bit odd, but good kind.

Was multiple deleting emails from the phone when from no where a little message comes up saying if I do this often their a quicker way of doing it, and it flashes up a faster way to make multiple selections, didnt know it did that kind of thing.

Step 1
Make sure the charger is disconnected.
1. Switch the power Off.
2. Press and hold the Volume down and connect the charger, if succeed an exclamation mark (!) is shown on the screen.


(To cancel OS reset and exit to the normal mode, press the Volume Down + Power Key and hold them for 15 seconds).

Step 2
Then input Keys in the following order:
1. Volume up
2. Volume down
3. Power
4. Volume down

Step 3
The phone will reset and boot up automatically. Please note that this may take several minutes.

Please everyone bare in mind that doing the steps in red will WIPE YOUR PHONE. I just wanted to make this clearer.
 
Does anyone else get irritated when they look at their front facing camera and see crud in it! I have been clearing out the earpiece slot every now and then using an air-line but blasting it with that does not get through to shift the lens crud.
Any ideas?
P.S I don't actually use the front facing camera it just bugs me!

I gave up after the first 6 months. Mine is literally covered instead of the small specks I had initially. Completely ignored and never used, and I just tried it, it gives a natural 'beauty lens' effect... I don't look quite as ugly if I ever skype with my relatives :p
 
Scumbag Google just blocked the Microsoft YouTube app. It now redirects you to the youtube mobile website.

Personally I don't use YouTube on my phone, but that's a pretty low blow from Google.

I bought Nexus 7 purely for the convenience of the wireless charging. Android OS is a mess though, how the hell people buy these things is beyond me.

Google really have a lot to answer for now, theirs nothing left to defend on how they have acted.

Answer me this Google, you pulled the MS made Youtube app because it didnt show ads.
MS remove that ( even though the API's provided by Google where actually wrong and didn't allow this)
Then you tell MS to build the app in HTML5, which you know is impossible and none of your own official apps are made this way.
Then you go and completely block the YT app that defaults to the mobile version of the site, THAT DOESN'T SHOW ANY ADS!

They couldn't be full more of their own excrement if they tried.

Get over it, its how some people feel about Droid, it was my own reason for leaving Droid Phones and Tablets, which I tried for about a year, and still find it's a terrible thing to use.

It's an opinion, just like how people really dont like iOS and WP.
 
I have a Nokia 925 to replace the Galaxy S4 sat collecting dust on my desk. I'm done with Android. I just can't get on with it. Sadly the Nokia isn't much better with its lacking app support :(

Looks like I will end up back on an iPhone this time next year.
