I have just installed Lollipop and use whatsapp but I have none of the issues you are having.

After I installed Lollipop I did a factory data reset, which could solve your problem.

Thats a pain if you do a factory data reset, won't that delete all your apps and you need to start again?

Then reinstall nova, you need the service to pull down notification.

You missed a step. You need the beta version.

Go to Nova settings -> under Nova check for updates -> on the top right corner three dots will appear -> tap on beta and update..
After installing the full update.. enable the gesture setting for pulling down the notification and follow the steps for activating services under accessibility...

Awesome, just checked and it's downloading now! Lets hope it's as good as hyped.. I've been holding off the German version just to allow any bugs to be known/ironed out before messing around.

I'd get off 3's software If I were you. I am now on the BTU and the phone starts up and shuts down a lot quicker without the 3 branding.

Lollipop is flying as well. Very pleased.

Is it just me or is the Gallery app borked? It takes a good few seconds for a photo to be taken and then view (sepcifically interact with) it straight after in the gallery. In fact, general Gallery operation seem sluggish on here (both with KK and LP).

Quickpic is the way to go mate.

I used QuickPic on S4, loved it but still found myself using both apps to do the same thing. I think there were certain tasks that defaulted to the Gallery app rather than QP.

What is the file name for the BTU update? I downloaded one last night and flashed which is named N910FXXU1BOB4_N910FOXA1BOB4_N910FXXU1BOB4_HOME.tar yet after flashing my device shows itself as N910FXXU1BOC4.......is this correct or has summat gone hay wire?

EDIT:- My mistake.....getting mixed up with ROMs I have downloaded and not cleared up after use. The one I downloaded last night is N910FXXU1BOC5_N910FBTU1BOB2_N910FXXU1BOC4_HOME.tar.md5

I had the same wake lock issue in KK. LP doesn't seem to have made it any better or worse - my phone is awake all the time regardless of what I do with it. annoying.

Cache cleared, rooted. Better Battery doesn't reveal any wake lock that's keep it awake constantly. Now I just wonder if the battery power saving page is just buggy or something?

My battery life is all over the place. When I moan about it on here, I get 5-6 hours screen on times and when I am not complaining - I some times get 2-3 hours.
