It was rumoured prior to the Note 4 announcement that it would be running the Exynos 5433, and that it was a 64-bit SoC, but as there was no mention of 64-bit most people assumed it was the old A15/A7 big.LITTLE setup.
But it's not, which is very interesting, still going to be in 32-bit mode initially, Only Android L supports 64-bit mode at the moment, I'm assuming they'll 'switch it on' once they upgrade?
Either way the Armv8 architecture has a fair few improvements, add in 20nm and it's very interesting, not sure who's selling what version but Handtec at least have the Exynos version up for pre-order it seems.
