**** The Official Note 4 thread ****

The finger print scanner works 90% of the time but I still like it, It would have been terrible on the back and would have been better if you just touch it like Touch ID.

Also does anyone know where I can get an official QI Wireless case anywhere in the UK?

Apparently Clove are getting stock tomorrow as my friend has ordered one SIM FREE

Is anyone going to get the Gear VR Headset for this? Added bonus really that it only works with the note 4 but im also wondering since the phone downclocks in games due to thermal throttling how is it going to be when its having to power a VR headset lol. I can imagine that will run even hotter than games and at the moment in games my gpu and cpu downclocks to about half speed once it gets warmish and your going to need all of that speed to run the VR set at its best.

Really? Interesting if that actually happens as Clove have removed the expected stock date of the 31.10.14 to first stock delayed...

I do hope that Clove do get the stock in tomorrow as this phone is amazing. I had a go on my colleagues Note 4 and it's superb. Samsung have hit the ball out of the park with this one.

So that's less than 2 hours screen time, with a total time off charge of under 15 hours!

I've done a factory reset which made no difference. This is also with location services completely disabled!

Any suggestions?

I can't see the pics atm, but something is wrong, mines getting approx 7.5hrs on screen time with about 1.5 days off charger and that includes location services on high :)

Agreed, something is definitely not right! I've honest ran out of ideas of what do do though. I've turned everything off that I can, reset everything and yet still the same!

Will get the pictures fixed, not sure where they've gone!

I think this was before the latest delays, which I got an e-mail about yesterday. I've cracked and walked into an O2 and bought one.

Device is £80 now, £20 x 24 months
Airtime is £23 a month for 5 gig, but I will be cancelling that within the week to keep the phone for £560. (plus one £23 I guess)

**EDIT** To check, I can download this ROM and flash it to remove the O2 and keep Knox happy?

Flipping heck...just got off the live chat with Handtec, it seems that the Note 4 has been delayed and won't be made available until Mid Nov!

By then the Nexus 6 will be available to pre order...bad move on Samsung's part
 
I got mine sim free from Giff Gaff for £600. It was in stock for at at least a few days but it's out of stock now, but those looking for a sim free one might want to keep an eye on Giff Gaff's site to see if they come back in stock.
 
Just had another quick go on my colleague's Note 4. Boy is it a lush phone. Everything about it just oozes quality and it's smooth as hell too.

Great phone and deserves the title of being Samsung's best phone.
