Just straight upgrade. No need to do a factory reset from 5.0.1 to 5.1.1 and yeah its the Italy one.

I Just downloaded this... Flashed it on the computer with Odin and was good to do. Pretty simple.

when you flash this, the CSC gets blanked which kills the S-Pen features

you need to reflash the CSC files from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=62575684&postcount=42

using ODIN, select AP etc, takes 30 secs.

This is the phone I have been least satisfied with in recent memory. I wouldn't buy one.

I still have the Note4, feel kinda stuck with it.

The battery life is terrible. It lags more than is acceptable. It crashes a lot.

Sorry to hear that.

Which version do you have. I have the F & just got the C & installed the 5.1.1 & boy the Note 4 is like different beast. No lag or stuttering.

Maybe the 5.1.1 update will help the F but if you can hold of the C (exynos) version grab it with both hands. It a cracker.

lag from camera to gallery is still there for me. otherwise it looks very good, recent apps lag is gone.
