anyone tried Netflix on their Note 3 ?

is it totally smooth ? I get audio "glitches" - nothing major but annoying takes you out of the film

same content on the Ipad - no such issue
 
The battery is crazy on this phone 1 day 9 hours of my usage and I still got 38% left superb and well impressed with the phone.

Netflix seems fine on mine no audio issues or stutters.

I was unconvinced with the move from a Iphone 4 (we're quite apple fans with 2 Ipads and my Iphone) - and have to say first few days I though "what have I done" - but I now love the Note 3 and Android

If Apple had produced a 5 inch Iphone I'd have been tempted

but glad I went with the Note 3 now - screen is excellent, battery life absolutely superb, SQ great, and its very quick

oh and have noticed no degradation in signal reception - which was one of my main concerns - if anything its slightly better than my Iphone 4

Check out the new phones that are coming out in April first, then if you still think something the size of the Note is best, get the Note. The Note 3 will still rank among them, but you might be swayed by some of the features on the other phones. It's a very different proposition to the iPhone 5S.

If you wait until October time, you can likely pick between the Note 4 and iPhone 6, too.

mmm thanks - thats odd - was it content in HD you tried please ?

I've just done a factory reset, and retried Netflix, and video (to some extent) and audio is glitchy - I was watching Toy Story 3 as a test

and with complex things going on screen you can see the video being to lag a bit - like CPU is at 100%, and then the audio glitches for a millisecond

are you on 4.4/KitKat ?

Buy another Note 3 or wait out for the S5...decisions decisions.

Though my heart says Note 3, I'm using a Nexus 5 at the moment and I'm missing the AMOLED screen / extra storage / bigger battery + screen.

Wait and have a play with an S5 first. It's only 2-3 weeks away.

Don't know what to say than toy story 3 seemed fine and I tried real steel and that was the A am,, am on kitkat totally stock just using nexus 5 launcher
 
My Note 3 decided to change time on it's own accord, an hour forward.

Yip, I did wake up an hour early and get ready for work. My workmate wasn't happy when I woke him up this morning accusing him of sleeping in :/

Wow SweetROM v14 is really great, don't know exactly what he's done but it feels faster than before. Don't like the new S5 Settings screen but thankfully you can choose either.

My Note 3 will occasionally decide that I'm in Mexico City and change the time. I wouldn't mind if I actually was in Mexico City, but... anyway - not missed any alarms for it, fortunately!
