****The Official Note III Thread****

Since the Kitkat update mine has started turning Bluetooth off after a while if it isn't used, this is a real pain, anyone had anything similar?

So I had a play with the S5 today, I've now come home with a new Note 3.

S5 pros over N3:

Better Camera
Sharper screen

N3 pros over S5:

Bigger Screen
Bigger Battery
Bigger Storage
Better Audio

Both seem just as fast as one another, it was a no brainer, I'm going to skip the S5 and stay with the Note 3. I don't think I can go back to a smaller device anymore. The camera wasn't revolutionary better and the Note 3 still takes great phtoos

Interesting. I may well think the same after trying them.

I'd like to know if Samsung are going to put the updated TouchWiz on the Note 3 (as I quite like it).

Probably will eventually.

Mrk, I recall you got Barclays app to work on your rooted device some time back; does it still work and if so which method did you follow? (I'm going to flash SweetRom V14)

Thanks

Where did you check it out?

The Note III is in a class of it's own and even when the next batch of phones coming out it'll be hard to topple this phone.

The only device which will probably beat it is the Note IV if Samsung update it properly and don't trat it to a S5 style incremental upgrade.

Heya stoosh long time no see!

Doubt it'll be a s5 follow up tbh, all the note series have had their own thing going for them differentiating them from the S series imo (the Note 2 was more of an incremental from the S3 but not that much) S4 > Note 3 was a nice beefy upgrade.

Haven't even rooted yet!
