who would have thought that its going to take over 5 years before you can achieve it
 
LOL of course it will be LN2 at them volts and clocks. Unless you need to make a toaster inside your case. There was no chance that would even be chilled water.
 
Going by the large performance gap between the 1070 and 1080. I'm guessing a gtx1070ti will be announced at some point.

Probably they will just position a card between the two as part of a refresh of the lineup i.e. like the GTX770 when the next round of cards come around i.e. as an example 1170 at that position then 1180 and 1180ti.
 
Looks like it is designed to go in the back of that AIO monitor that was being shown off with an integrated PC.
Or just something like the Alienware Alpha. Same exact concept:
