Assuming you have a player on the subs bench who did play, both.

Joe Cole is out, Nani is in. Along with RVdV and Samir Nasri my midfield should be a goal machine. Now have to think about (maybe) dropping Bale and who to put in instead.

i have vdv, nani and had bale from the start so hope i will now get lots of midfield points. oh, and dropping bale would be a mistake eg he was assisting in both spurs goals at the weekend and he's only going to get better
 
Big fat 71 points this week. Still tempted to wildcard it up though, couple of injuries, and a few players I'd like to bring in...hmm.
 
I've gambled on Didier as el capitano, even if he plays with 1 leg and a blindfold he'll get a hat-trick against Wolves.
 
Going to captain Drogba next, and getting rid of Malouda after the next gameweek, to get in Fabregas for week 10. Need to squeeze in VDV somewhere in my team as well.

Edit: I think I will keep Bale now no need for VDV. :P
