*****The OFFICIAL OCUK 2014/2015 Fantasy Football League*****

Not touched my fantasy team since the first or second week of the season. Not done too bad!

It is normally around Christmas/New Year time when I get bored of it. This year the boredom came sooner than I expected.

I've made a few changes anyway to get rid of some injures.

I usually make a team then forget about it!

Need a big game from captain Lukaku tonight, dropped a few places in the league over the last couple of weeks and I don't think too many people have him... hoping aguero is rested !!

I've steadily slipped, 1st to 7th now, with everyone above me scoring more points than me this week. Still got my wildcard saved though and like you say, a long way to go yet :) Need Jan to hurry up and come!

can you not make money of players now? ive had sigurdsson from day 1 at a cost of 6.4, hes now worth 6.9 but i only get 6.4 for swapping out.

It depends on how quickly his value has risen and all sorts of other factors too. Some players can be made money from but not many and usually not a lot compared to their buy price.

Also terrible day today. Costa captain, 2 points as he got another yellow card. Chambers managed -2! Berahino only came on as a sub so got a single point. Worst score ever so far.

The profit depends on how much you paid for him and how much he has risen to. Generally, your profit is the difference in those two values divided by 2.

I've had a shocker of a week so far. I had both Fabianski and Chambers in my team, Aguero as captain, and several other poor performers. Only Alexis Sanchez has got more than 2 points for me! :(

Had an ok week (42 points) given the circumstances.

Aguero replacement decisions will make or break the rest of the season...

Here's a question,

If Fabianski's red card gets over turned; as Swansea are appealing it. Do I get any points back?

Have fabianski, austin, fabregas and aguero all missing the next game, afffff.

What transfers are you guys thinking of making?

I'm keeping an eye on David Silva. He's supposed to be a possibility for the CL game against Roma, and he's really the only other points scoring option in midfield for City besides Yaya Toure. Other than that, I've gone for Joe Hart in goal to replace Fabianski (City have some pretty easy games coming up and are keeping clean sheets more than they were), Costa has replaced Aguero upfront for the time being, and I've just dropped Chambers to the bench for this week in place of Clyne.

I think the hardest position to find replacements is up front. At the moment, the only reliable goal-scoring strikers seem to be Aguero, Costa, Bony, Austin, Pelle, and possibly RvP now. Lukaku is an outside shout simply because Everton have QPR at home, and QPR tend to be poor away from home. Of those, I'd say Costa is the safest bet (Chelsea at home to Hull), Pelle too maybe (away to Burnley) and Bony is in great form at the moment so he's in the mix too.

Silva is a good shout when he returns to full fitness, I'm looking at a straight swap from Aguero to Dzeko depending on his fitness levels too. Will free up enough budget to swap Siggy to Hazard (not in time for his upcoming demolition of Hull though :p)
