Sent my porter in too as it needs to be drunk now...
Latest drivers apparently have issues, but it seems to be quite circumstantial. Though it wouldn't be the first time Nvidia had released drivers that damaged cards.missed that one?!

The Ati cards were doing my nut in past few days with the mouse pointer bug. Glad to say I can now see where my mouse is whenever I'm in the text box replying on here![]()
*sharp intake of breath*
Nah, I'm sure it'll be fine.
What's happened to Ahlechz?!?!

What mouse pointer bug? What card was it?
I was using a Crossfire setup with 2 Vapor-X 5770's, Win 7 64bit clean install and whenever on here (ie. the OcUK Forums) I was unable to see my mouse pointer with the reply text window. Nothing, made it very difficult to type, edit, paste etc. Made no difference what mouse settings I opted for, or what versions of drivers I used. Changed back to Nvidia and zero problem, weird!
EDIT: Oh and I tried using without Crossfire too, no difference.
Very strange. Thankfully not had any problems with my 7970.![]()
