It's not complicated at all.
You lot vote on which country you all have to select a beer from. Then you enter said beer, the points are awarded as:
Maximum 4 points for the most popular beer entered down to a single point for a single entry. Easy

I'm gonna say Scotland.
At least its a slightly more limited country. The sheer number of English beers is insane. Although i agree with taB, i thought it was county i.e Yorkshire, Lancashire etc rather than country.

So - I'm guessing all who currently have points and are actively participating are allowed to vote? If so when does voting end?
I'd suggest Wed as it's mid-week and it allows everyone the chance to track down that illusive beer before Sat night
