Latvia is likely to be a nonentry. I can't afford to sort anything out.

Yeah. Korea really changed things. If I had bought Hite via mail order and paid delivery on it then I wouldn't be a happy man. Mail order would be the only option for Latvia. Shouldn't have a problem with Mexico and Portugal (I think) but not looking forward to trying them.
