Hahahahaha. You really have no idea what you're saying.

A post with facts (Google them!) and honesty, is shot down because...I'm not really sure. Again it's been shown that people don't like facts. It's a general distrust of experts, it's very worrying.

I don't need to google them, I've worked in the city for over 20 years (over 30 years in industry), much of that time in the last few years in global banks. I suggest I know significantly more than you if you are seeking answers on google.

Tony Blair already suggesting the result should be ignored....

Personally I won't believe we are leaving the EU until Article 50 is invoked.
Bloody hell, the threat of a war crimes tribunal isn't treating Blair well.

Agreed, until Article 50 is invoked I believe everything will be done to keep us in the EU.

I'm more interested in the Northern Ireland situation TBH...

I'm going to propose we shoot all of our polytishuns, and then carry on as if nothing happened. All of them, twice, in the head, to be sure (to be sure).
Europe might not notice, the South will be happy enough, and I think people here will be also.

It's this sort of innovative thinking we need.

It is nothing to do with class.
Although I get the impression that some people believe that anyone who earns anything more than minimum wage and actually made an effort to make something of themselves is automatically a lefty middle-class snob.

"It's nothing to do with clas" ...."makes hugley classist temark"

We're leaving, to do the opposite would make the Tories unelectable for years.

We still need Cameron to be totally off the scene, which won't happen until October? In the meantime he won't be handing in Article 50. He is leaving that up to his successor.

Anyone who has an issue with immigrants working hard, paying taxes and contributing to our society in a law abiding manner is foolish. We need their skills and the exit will not change that. It is important we tell them however because many of them are now fearing it does and thats not good.

Pretty sure you have no grasp of macro economics, populace trends and the wider issues that western economies face in the long run. If the UK stopped migration our population would actually decline, especially among those that are perceived as "affluent". Birth rates among tax payers are too low as people focus more on their careers and other priorities. This is fact.

What would result is an ageing population, a declining working population and an all around poop shoot. See Japan.

Why do you think Germany encouraged so many refugees to settle within their borders?

Migration and mixing of cultures is not without its issues, granted. But most of these are cultural problems that can be solved via education and positive social trends. A country full of old bitter people with too few young tax payers to prop up the economy? THAT is a real problem.

A couple of points. The bitter old people built the world you live in. UK plc is a ponzi scheme. You can't just add people to the bottom of the population pyramid. They get old and then you have to add more people below them and so on. Where do we draw the line 90 million 120 million? Eventually you run out of resources.

We need amateur ways to do things with a stable sustainable population. If that means we have to change the old ways of doing things so be it. That's what the younger people should be doing, not just moaning about old people and electing for the easy option of the ponzi scheme, hoping it doesn't go pop in their lifetime.
