So we have:

Lower turnout in London and the SE, due to bad weather.
Lower turnout in Scotland, due to referendum boredom.
More leave votes than expected in England, because they have been ignored by decades.

So, leave has a real shot here.

Unfortunately it's looking like that. But with only 9/382 declared, its too early to say how it's going to turn out.

Remain, as said before it's not perfect but I do believe there is much more to be lost from leaving than from staying and it's too big a risk.
