Loving all the butthurt and vitriol from some of the leave supporters, great way to show you've made an intelligent and informed vote rather than just "hurr durr immergrunts!"

Wonder how a leave vote will help the apparently poor when the pound crashes and their small amount of money becomes worth even less?

The topics been debated to death already, this is just celebration!

Indeed, a pattern is forming.

I think we have it.

So we have:

Lower turnout in London and the SE, due to bad weather.
Lower turnout in Scotland, due to referendum boredom.
More leave votes than expected in England, because they have been ignored by decades.

So, leave has a real shot here.

Unfortunately it's looking like that. But with only 9/382 declared, its too early to say how it's going to turn out.
