Overall a fun, but quite simple build. Some of the pieces don't align in a perfect circle around the outside, but it is a minor thing. The internal structure is very well done, and it is very sturdy when in one piece. It is actually a shame you can't see any of the inside when it is completed. So, considering its size and quality, I would definitely recommend it, especially as it is rather reasonably priced.

I'm not finished mine yet but yeah it's a pretty simple build.
This is one for the finished article not the build I'd say. I don't think I would actually wanted to pay much more than what I did for it.
The snowspeeder was much more in cost and had couple of hundred fewer pieces but was much more interesting. And took me much longer. The tie fighter too.

It's nice seeing this come together and the internal structure is fascinating! But it's no challenge. It's big though, and quite impressive how you can hold it in one hand and it all holds together. And at same time can be separated by just pulling.

You could easily not notice its lego as barely a nubbin in sight!

I like it, but I prefer my star wars ucs sets for build

Could even do the platform that moves the rocket into postion, maybe even add a motor to it so it actually moves:D.

i have the bucket wheel excavator which is a massive motorised platform on huge tracks. This could quite easily be done! I really hope someone goes the whole hog and makes the launch pad and transport crawler
