Ohh, lots for a model, I am thinking of a Tower of Orthanc for later this summer, I think RRP is £169, so hopefully there will be discount somewhere at some stage.
Anyway, at the weekend put togethere my really old stuff, at least what was left of it, in the best order I could find.
Starting with some Space stuff circa 1988ish.

And castle style things from around that and a few years earlier
A boat patrol, a ballista and a bandit escaping
The King's Castle
Outlaw hideout, Black Knights chap, and Guards Outpost
and then the older stuff, around 33 years old I think, 1980ish, unfortunately I didn't have all the pieces remaining so one entire starship remains unbuilt, as I only have its windows and the registration plate tile, but one was mostly built, and the starbase was almost complete, just couldn't extend the running track far enough.

Ignore the Chimera stuff, that's very recent and was £4 on discount at tescos, so wife bought it.
Between 1988 and 2013 I bought no Lego, since the start of 2013, my wife started buying discount packs, we've the entirety of last years LOTR range, and plan t continue and get this year. With some random starwars and ninjago and chimera stuff thrown in.
Only really interested in the LOTR set, maybe with Hobbit as companion.
