I also don't like it.
I think having a colour background same as main colour hides details.

They'd look better without a backplate

For 45 degrees I assume you mean sideways on, otherwise they're going to stick out loads .

Maybe a colour matching horizontal floating shelf for each car may look better

That does look good and you can fit a lot more on. I've mounting the batwing, the chiron and the rsr in a line vertically amd that's basically the height of the wall .

Managed to get the falcon onto its stand and onto its table. Glad I did it after completion of the underside (bag 10) and before the top panels going on. Made it much easier. Only one lower panel fell off during the process. I can now just clip the top panels on as I finish them.

The Ghostbusters car is already end of life. GO GO GO!!!!11

The DeLorean only came out this year, its got at least another year on it yet, if not more given they could not keep it in stock for most of the year.
