New, sent the OnePlus 3 back.
Can I ask why you sent the Oneplus 3 back?
Unreliable WiFi (would disconnect for a second). Could be my router sure, but other phones and devices don't do it.
Iffy touch screen (occasionally). For example in Pokemon Go the screen would still respond but I could not pan the map. But closing all the apps and re-opening them fixed it for a while.
Not too happy with one handed use, on my same sized screen Moto X Play I can easily swipe in with my thumb to pull up Google Now, it would not allways work on the OnePlus 3. Possibly the phone is too thinor not so good at rejecting my palm grip.
All these issues can easily be a bad phone or a software issue.
It was an excellent impressive device when it worked. But I use the phone for business emails etc and decided I don't want the risk of un-reliability.
All the OnePlus phones are still getting updates but OnePlus have historically been very, very slow at updating them.
Hmm that's a shame.. knew it all seemed too good to be true!
Although they haven't been around for anywhere near as long as Samsung, I don't think I would go so far as to call OnePlus an "unknown Chinese manufacturer"!
They have managed to build up quite a following in the last couple of years, and I think it is generally acknowledged that the OnePlus 3 is one of the best phones around for £320.
Every single phone will have its critics, and of course you can never please all of the people all of the time, so I suppose at the end of the day, 'you pays your money, and you makes your choices!![]()
