**** The Official OnePlus 3 Thread ****

I must have got lucky. Walked into the o2 store on Monday and within 30 minutes walked out with a OP3 in hand and upgraded contract. Suppose this was the day before the google announcement so probably had an influx of purchases.

I keep seeing people saying the SRGB setting is way better, but to me the SRGB has waaaay to much of an orange and warm tint, it looks so strange with whites being so yellow.

Just fired mine up, bought it on Tuesday. Walked into o2 store and just bought it. They confirmed it was unlocked. They had 0 cases or accessories so I need to get one. I'm bound to drop it soon as it's so thin. It's so nice to use compared to my Lumia 950. Impressed so far.

What case do people recommend? There seems to be a screen protector on it out the box... Is that just a film?

Kona, do you have to tweak the colours in sRGB to get decent levels ? Like stoke said above I've also read colours go yellowy with it enabled

First time having a fingerprint scanner for me and it is awesome. I don't think I could cope with one just on the rear.

So what case do people have, recommend or avoid?

Similar to most recent posts, I got hold of one (from o2) following the ludicrous pricing announcement from Google.

Coming from a Moto X (2014), this thing is fast and concerns about the battery getting me through the day are now long gone. I regularly had to charge to Moto X twice per day.

The design and build quality of the phone is fantastic but I like to protect my phones so I've put a Nilkin TPU case on it. It flattens out the camera bump but it does turn a nicely designed phone into "just another slab".

As with other reports I have read, in the 24 hrs I used it 'naked', I found it a very slippery phone so at least the case solves this problem. I may try an official Oneplus case though to see if that is a more stylish deisgn.

No one knows for sure at the moment

Online says click and collect for 11th October

I'm still waiting for my email too say available to collect

Does a full coverage screen protector exist that isn't ****?

Phones that have curved screen edges have always been tricky to get Tempered Glass to have a perfect fit.

Your other option is a tpu screen protector and imo the best skins ever are the best

Delivery within 5 days from the US from experience and is a wet install but very easy.

The other option is an ultimate shield, similar thing but from UK
