Is the 5t the same spec as 5? Not really looked in to it much after I noticed the fingerprint sensor was on the back. I hated that on my Nexus 6p.

Think I've decided to pick one of these up but there's no pre-order available direct from OP...

Does anyone know if I pre-order from O2 if it will be available on launch day? There's no way of knowing which store gets stock which is annoying...

If you pre order click and collect are you still covered by the distance selling regulations? I'm thinking possibly not as you are getting it from a store.. But you 'are' ordering it online... Anyone know?

I ask because there is no way I will be home for the delivery, but if I have to I can get it delivered elsewhere.. But more convenient to just pick it up from the store

You can cancel it without collecting and get a refund. Also if you fail to collect you automatically get refunded after 7 days.

I'm using the same approach... Click and collect from a local store for the 22nd, but I will ring around other stores on the 21st to see if they have any

Yes you are, but think you need to pay online first, then collect.
