**** The Official OnePlus 6 Thread ****

Saying the camera is poor is wrong. It's a great camera and the phone costs a lot less than it's rival; that's the camera isn't as good as them.

This phone is by far the best phone I've owned. It's excellent. Camera is good enough for my needs. Plus OxygenOS is absolutely fantastic.

I'm on the verge of ordering a 6T to replace my Huawei Mate 10 Pro and for the price, it may as well be the 256/8gb model.

Bit apprehensive about doing so as I've never owned a OnePlus device but the support from Huawei is pitiful.

I'm also not a lover of notches but the teardrop isn't too bad I suppose.
Time will tell...

I have the 6 and it's honestly the best phone I've owned. Plus OxygenOS is just so much better than that POS EMUI that Huawei use.

What do people think between mirror black and the matte? In days gone by I think I would have opted for the more reflective surface but now when I look at these two I'm heavily swayed towards the matte (although I really wish I could get a more exotic colour variant but unfortunately I can't wait to upgrade)

I've got the midnight black OP6. I looked nice but I've stuck a skin on it as the thing is just too slippery. Plus I know glass back phones are prone to scratches.

Suffice to say my main consideration is the camera; have a Moto G6 that naturally as a budget phone isn't all that. To be honest though I'm not in a massive rush to buy, so we'll see

The camera on this phone is great. I suppose it just comes down to if you want to spend a load more money to get a slightly better camera.

Camera is bad though. Look at this! Can't see a bloody thing! :p

I'm looking to upgrade from my S7 Edge. Main reasons - it's nearly 2 years old, the rear side is smashed, battery lasting less and the camera is now lacking. I don't want to take out a new contract, just replace the phone. Upgrading from an S7, is it worth still considering the OP6?

After a quick scan over the usual auction sites, I could probably snap up the 8GB RAM 128GB version for around £250-300 boxed in nearly new condition. All the reviews are positive, some even saying it's potentially the phone of 2018.

I had a habit of swapping my phones all the time because I got bored of them. But I've had my OP6 since launch and I have no intention of getting rid of it. It's honestly the best phone I've ever had.

It's fast, OxygenOS is absolutely fantastic, the camera IS great, it looks nice.

It depends how they implement the selfie camera. There's rumours that rather than a hole-punch notch the 7 will have a slider, like the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and that like the Mi Mix 3 it'll most likely be manual. After watching the Verge's video on the manual slider I'm really not a fan, it'll probably be enough to put me off the 7 if that's the route Oneplus choose to take. I'll be going for the Galaxy S10 instead if so.

This is what it will look like

OnePlus are based on the latest OPPO phones and the R19 is the latest.
