10 seems disappointing, I though we were supposed to get a global dark theme, first app I open Gmail and it's still bright white.
Chrome as well.

I think it's in Developer options at this point... or somewhere hidden away like that.

Literally seconds after my last comment it popped up.

I just installed oxygen installer, installed an update and it says I'm up to date but it's still Android 9 ?

My gmail is also white, enabled 'Override force-dark' in developer options and now it's dark.

That worked for me as well. Finally.

Edit: needed to turn it off, doesn't play nice with some apps Amazon for one.

Android 10 is a pretty crap update. It seems really sloppy with things half finished.

OnePlus implementation of dark mode is horrendous. It's a mix of dark grey and pure black. Really terrible UI design.

Did you get it with the oxygen updater or through the website? I'm so confused, i don't want the beta one, but people said it's the full one, but oxygen updater had updated mine and says Android 9

It's the full one, to get the beta you would need to change a setting in the updater.

In the oxygen updater it says I'm up to date, but I'm still on Android 9, that's what had me confused

Think I will reset my phone in the week.

I've noticed now that most things are dark grey but some like the draw and notifications are jet black. Maybe I'll get used to it, but seems a bit naff.
