anyone tried these , my left stick is slightly worn but nothing to worry about yet , I thought I might just try these before it gets worse if it does.

I think some of the streams are quite a good feature. What appeals to me is the thought that you can watch live gameplay footage before forking out for a naff game.

i have read stuff about people saying the thumbstick of the ds3 and ds4 are pretty much the same size, I even saw a video of someone taking a thumbstick out of a ds3 (modifying it slightly) and then putting it into a DS4.
so if that is correct i would just buy DS3 add on thumbs which are a lot cheaper than the rebranded DS4 versions.
or there are people on ebay selling like 20 DS4 thumbsticks (no modification needed) for £10, so you could just buy that take the controller apart and replace the thumbsticks whenever one has wear and tear on it.

same here, I like to check out games im interested in before purchasing.
this stream was some bird stripping , got instantly banned after going so far.

I take it you have never heard of youtube?
It loads faster, video is clearer, you can forward and rewind, etc, it may not be live, but who cares gameplay footage is the exact same as live gameplay footage in terms of seeing what a game is like.
Got the latest app - got it linked to my PS4 (can do shutdown etc no probs)
Also enabled Companion App in AC IV options - where am I going wrong?

I have some and I don't like them. I found that the slightest bit of sweat/grease and they become slippy and my thumbs slide off. I know that sounds gross, but when anyone plays you can't help but create a little "moisture"
I just bought some replacement sticks off ebay.

I can see the appeal of getting £50 for nothing but a quick phone call pretending your controller is now peeling.
But essentially your going to end up with everyone doing it and then companies in future no longer offer such good customer care.
Personally I would remove all these posts to stop others from doing the same, as it just ends up ruining it for people with genuine issues.
OcUK is a tiny drop in a massive ocean. Clearing up the posts here will have no noticeable impact on how many people do this.
In my case my controller was faulty, but still mostly functional (sticky bumper buttons). Now that I have no more warranty on my controllers as I got the refund, I can take it apart and try to fix it myself.

I watch it quite often, I was watching DenT4FacE last night on Resogun and he is currently number 2 on the leaderboards. I asked him a few questions about the game and he helped me out. Now have my platinum on that game.....First one ever lol.
Also watched some kid on BF4 last night too, Amazing player that I would never of seen otherwise and kinda gives me a little incentive to keep trying fps games on a pad

The sticky button issue is easy to fix, I've had it on both of my L1/R1 buttons. All you do is pop the button off with a pin/needle get a cotton bud and clean the two long square sections. My buttons are perfect now, it's just residue causing it to stick.
Did you get it from the Play store? Won't even let me download it on the Xperia T
Screen size issue, perhaps, my N5 is ok with it, will try my T once its re charged.

I have been using my Orb GP3 headsets, yea nice blue light on it, thats about it.
There seems to be a constant buzzing sound when Im playing a game, which is a real pain.
I have not tried the chat function yet as I have not been playing any MP with any of my mates, I have jumped on a few games of BF4 (which is very impressive I have to say). Hopefully the chat function is ok, I only paid 20 bucks for it.
(unless I have set it up incorrectly, if anyone else has one can you tell me the set up you used??)

Keep the volume control box out the way of everything, I'm using mine plugged into the joypad as I do't have any av outputs to use.

Right, check my Xperia T and i cant find it, yet my Nexus 5 can, so i would say it due to screen size.

I have mine plugged in to my Joypad and the other lead (with out the white and red cables) plugged in to headset slot on my TV, was wondering if that was casuing issue, but I have no idea.
I found if you set your headset to all audio and not chat only, the chat volume seems to operate the game volume too, WTF?? So I just changed it to Chat only and now the game volume works the game volume and chat etc etc.
Whats the chat function like on it??
I know, but as it's a manufacturing flaw I wanted a refund before I invalidate my warranty.
