Yeah it arrived at about 4pm in the end.
All set up but finding the fan quite loud. It sounds as if it’s spinning at a higher rpm than the standard ps5.
But on the bright side coil whine is far better than the standard PS5 I had.
lol
Gotta be hovis. For the older forum members, we all know the above image of the PS5 box should be deleted as it's missing the accompanying loaf of bread!

Servers are obviously getting hammered today. I’ve downloaded tons with no issues yet.Downloading a game. DNS error 1/3 of way through. I’ve hit resume and it’s carrying on. Googled this and it seems like an error others have had before the ps5 pro
Downloaded in the end and runs fine. I think it was a blipServers are obviously getting hammered today. I’ve downloaded tons with no issues yet.
I’ve grabbed Horizon. Need to give Spider-Man a go. Mine is silent, I’ve not sat there with my ear to it, like some do, but why would I? Pretty happy overall!Had a little time to play on the Pro, fired up Bloodborne with the PS4 enhancements enabled, does look a little sharper but didn't really notice a lot else. Next fired up Horizon Forbidden West using the Performance Pro (think that's the one....), I mean the game already looked good but damn at 60fps it looks good and feels even better. Also tried Spiderman Remastered with the recommended Performance Pro mode and enabled the 120Hz display mode, again game looks amazing and feels so smooth to zipping around the city.
Had my TV on mute as well, couldn't hear the fan in my console sitting around 1.5-2m away from it but it was only on for 30-40mins so probably not had time to get up to temp.
Pro might be £700 but for me totally worth it with the extra smoothness it brings, shame it doesn't seem all games can be run at 60fps but I'll take what I can get.
Setup is a few years old but it's a 75" QN900B and the Q990B . Sadly the soundbar doesn't have hdmi 2.1 , so no 4k@120hz or 8k pass through.( Have to disable e-arc on the TV to get those working ) . Strange choice by Smashing as I'm sure they're both flagship models at the time, so you'd think they'd accommodate each other .Thanks what 8k tv you got by the way?
