I’ve just completed that. It’s pretty good when you’re in the linear areas, but the open world bits are poor.

Also, Adam has the worst voice acting I think I’ve ever heard.

I started this last weekend, only around an hour in and I feel the same. It hasn't grabbed me like Nier Replicant did, feels like a Temu/AliExpress version.

Because it is exactly that, with arguably better combat (depends), but it's a worthwhile affair if you give it some time and if the combat clicks with you, as that + the atmosphere of certain locations is the main draw.

The game was kinda created as a homage to Automata so...:P

Overall, doesn't even come close to the chars, themes and story in Replicant/Automata but it's easier to get into. Those games require more patience but they reward you with more than SB even gameplay-wise if you stick with them.

It's basically a Korean Automata that's more mainstream and better graphically but with terrible chars and a much worse story and music. I had quite a lot of fun when I disregarded those and focused on the rest but even the combat grew a bit stale later on.

Been playing POE2 tonight, it's fantastic. Looks great with PSSR enabled with the quality rendering setting. They've really gone to town with allowing you to tweak the graphics settings in this title.

Yes ! The settings are almost “pc” like. In the end I went with pssr quality mode. Sometimes the screen goes black changing between quality, performance, balanced and performance plus. This is a bug. Change it a few times around and the screen comes back on the mode you would like to use.

Having fun with it. (Level 15 or something witch. Just done the Executioner boss (got a big axe, and does a guilotine special) was fun.

Edit. I would also like to add they need to buff minions because at the moment, they work best as canon fodder / decoys

Also got an orange wand last night. It looks like a rose or flower ? Works well with the essence attack, and contagion !

I started to play BlacOps6 online/co-op on PS5, but all the chat audio is coming out of the controller speakers, and I have headphones on so don't hear it.

Is there any way to make chat audio come through the TV like game audio does? My Headphones are BT to the TV, so I thought I could hear game and chat audio through that and then the other party hears my voice via the in built mic on the Dualsense controller. Not even sure if it is game specific or a PS5 issue. I am certain I heard the other players in my headphones when I played the other zombies maps last week, so it could be a setting I've fiddled with...

It's definitely fun. Diablo 4 had better watch out as this is serious competition. The whole Diablo 4 Pro enchantment status also leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's got the tag for it on Pro but no one knows what exactly for. It looks the same, there's no mention of it in any patch notes and Blizzard aren't saying a word about it.

Can anyone recommend any decent local multiplayer games? Casual is preferred rather than something more involved like Baldur's Gate.

It takes two is a fantastic game and probably the gold standard of local coop.

Then there’s unravel 2 which is quite short but great fun.

Most Lego games are local coop too. I still rate Lego Indiana jones 1 & 2 amongst the best.

Lara Croft and temple of Osiris is pretty good but compatibility with PS5 is not 100%.

As others have mentioned Sackboy is great fun and so is little big planet 3.

Rayman legends. The Trine series. Child of light. Never alone.

Streets of rage 4 and teenage mutant ninja turtles.

Then you can choose any fighting game for 1v1 play like mortal kombat, street fighter etc.

Various driving games have split screen also, like GT7 and some F1 games.

Then there’s titles like Worms for a bit of 1v1 fun, and games like Monopoly.

Also pool/snooker games.

Sounds like you’re being a buffoon :p im not in front of my PS5 but have you clicked on sound and made sure all audio is coming out of headset rather than just chat audio? I’ve never had this with BO6, or any COD…
I don't have a PS5 compatible headset. The PS5 is just outputting via HDMI to the TV, so that's the only output device in the settings.

The controller automatically seems to be a mic (which I want) and also speakers for other players chat, which I don't want, as I have my BT headphones on I can't hear them!

@rp2000 Have you tried looking at using a Bluetooth adapter connected to the PS5, something like Skull & Co?
Too much hassle! At the moment my headphones are bluetoothed to my TV which means all sources work easily (TV apps, live TV, PS5, pc).

The only issue, when multiplayer gaming, is I want to use the dualsense mic, but the chat audio also comes out of the controller simultaneously which I don't want, as I can't hear it.

I don't think it's a game issue, more to do with the PS5 settings.

Turn the controller speaker volume down. Or is it only coming out of the controller? In which case that's a game issue.

@rp2000 From what I've read outside of using a compatible headset I don't you can do what you're after, as I thought would it be an option to plug something like a mobile type of headphone/mic into the DualSense controller (using the 3.5mm jack) and do it that way?
